Thoughts On Cracker Barrel
Changes are coming to one of my favorite restaurant chains.
The Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite restaurants. The primary reason is the menu. I’m not particularly blown away by the atmosphere, but I do like the roast beef and breakfast options.
Apparently, my occasion patronage is not enough for the Cracker Barrel to maintain its status quo. It seems the restaurant is planning changes. They want to expand their clientele. And not just by making them fatter.
I think that I may be a prototypical Cracker Barrel customer. And I expect that has the folks at Cracker Barrel worried. If your customers are old guys who love the food served at the Cracker Barrel, how much longer can you count on that business. Thus, the need for change.
Well, I’d hate to see the Cracker Barrel go under, so here are some things to help the Cracker Barrel boost their business.
1: Alcoholic drinks are now served, but CB needs to go a step further.
Incorporate the added drink items with new decor. An authentic still would be nice. Also, if there was somebody stomping grapes, that would be a nice touch.
