Things You Didn’t Know About the Rolling Stones
Honestly, I’m not a fan.
The Rolling Stones have seemingly been around forever. Kudos to them for still being able to do shows and not being in a home. Now when I hear Mick Jagger sing, “I can’t get no satisfaction” I figure it’s a prostate issue.
To many, the Stones are the embodiment of rock and roll. Personally, as I’ve stated before, my musical taste runs toward Olivia Newton John and Chicago. Still, I decided to delve into some facts about the Rolling Stones. And, we’re off!
1: Kate Moss went on a date with Mick Jagger.
This disproves the old adage, “A Rolling Stone gathers no Moss.”
2: George Lucas was a cameraman on the documentary, “Gimme Shelter,” which chronicled the last weeks of the Stones 1969 tour.
Lucas actually got the inspiration for the famous Star Wars bar scene during the filming of the documentary. Hold on, being told that’s not true.
3: Mick Jagger has a 28 inch waist.
He actually eats healthy, exercises and runs. Man, I would have thought something else was involved.
