Remembering Ten Relics from the 70s

The long-running TV show, “That 70s Show” presents a certain perspective of life in the 70s. It wasn’t my perspective, but it is one set in the 70s. Our view of that decade no doubt varies based on the circumstances of our life. But regardless of where we were at or what we were doing in the 70s, we may remember some of the things listed below. Take a look.

1: TV test patterns.

There was a time when TV stations didn’t necessarily have programming 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Instead, you might get to enjoy TV rest patterns. Actually, if you think of the test patterns as abstract art, and channel surfed, you could pretend you were at an art gallery.

Of course, it would have to be very late, and you would have to be very tired, but it would be nice to pretend you were doing something classy.

2: Pet rocks.

Personally, I preferred to adopt a stray rock as opposed to buying a rock from a rock breeder. Of course, I do believe a person should have to pass a background check before owning a rock.

3: Using Wite-Out.
