Like Chicken Man, they’re everywhere.
‘So, sue me.” That has gone from a putdown to a plan of action. It seems that people can sure anybody for anything. With that in mind, I tracked down some of the weirdest lawsuits I could find. Here they are, complete with commentary.
1: Ugly baby results in man suing his wife.
A Chinese man sued his wife after she gave birth to what the man deemed an unusually ugly baby. He also thought the baby didn’t look like either one of them and that she had cheated on him.
Actually, the woman finally admitted that she had numerous plastic surgeries before they met. The man won his lawsuit. The lesson? Know who you are marrying. Check the CarFax if you have to.
2: Red Bull sued because their ads were bull.
A class action suit alleged that Red Bull didn’t give them wings, or energy for that matter. The suit also alleged there was no evidence that the drink improved focus. Red Bull settled out of court. The lesson? Forget wings, Red Bull gives you cash. If you sue.
