Sylvester Stallone burst on the scene with his portrayal of Rocky in 1976. Of course, in addition to being a great boxer, Rocky made medical history by becoming the only boxer to have ever gotten smarter after being hit in the head repeatedly. After boxing until he was able to get his social security, Rocky then started training Creed. At some point, Rocky will probably train Apollo Creed’s grandson.

And then there’s the Rambo franchise. I’d just hate to be the nursing home administrator where Rambo is placed. If the man wants pudding, you better get him some pudding. And there better not be any skin on it. Now. on to some things you didn’t know about Sylvester Stallone.

1: When he was young, he had the nickname, “Binky.

However, he chose to go by the name Mike/Michael after kids started calling him “Stinky.” If your nickname is Binky, you better know how to fight.

2: His mother, Jacqueline “Jackie” Stallone, is a character to say the least.

She is listed as an astrologer, dancer and wrestling promoter. Her family lived with Charles Atlas who trained them in weightlifting, gymnastics and jogging. So, nobody…
