Back in 2016 George Clooney starred in a movie called, “Hail Ceasar.” In that movie movie, Josh Brolin also had a major role. Brolin played Eddie Mannix. Mannix was a Hollywood fixer. “What is a fixer?” you ask. A Hollywood fixer back in the heyday of the Hollywood studio system basically kept Hollywood scandals under wraps.

Old Hollywood had some really nasty stuff going on, though many of them didn’t see the light of day because of guys like Mannix. So, what does this have to do with Spencer Tracey?

Well, Tracy often played morally upright guys. His real life, however, was not so sanitary. With that in mind, here are some things you might not have known about legendary actor, Spencer Tracy.

1: Tracy was a disciple of the Buck Owens School of Acting.

No doubt your initial reaction to that is, “Huh?” Well, one of Owners hits was “Act Naturally,” and that was what Tracy’s style of acting involved.
