Facts About Mark Hamill
Some facts about Star Wars make no sense.
We all know Mark Hamill for his portrayal of a classic movie character. That’s right, who can forget Mark’s portrayal of Kenneth W. Dantley Jr in Corvette Summer? Hmm, apparently almost everybody. Well how about his role as Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars franchise? Ah, that you remember.
Of course, Mark’s career goes beyond Star Wars. I also remember him doing a turn as a bad guy in Criminal Minds. However, generally speaking, I don’t know a lot more about Mark Hamill than that. So, here are some things you didn’t know about Mark Hamill.
1: Mark appeared as the oldest son in the pilot of “Eight is Enough.” He was replaced by Grant Goodeve in the series.
Eight is enough but nine is too many.
2: Hamill guest starred on a number of TV shows, including “The Bill Cosby Show.”
Not to be confused with The Cosby Show, where Cosby played a doctor. In “The Bill Cosby Show” he played a gym teacher. Once Cosby dropped the “Bill” things really took off for him.
