The Super Bowl wasn’t his finest hour.

Statistically, Travis Kelce had a good Super Bowl, catching 9 passes for 93 yards. That’s fairly impressive, but despite that, his image took a hit. His bumping into Chiefs head coach, Andy Reid is a lasting image for many Super Bowl viewers.

Reid and Kelce both downplayed the incident, but it was a terrible look. Kelce is fortunate to have Andy Reid as a coach. Reid was focused on winning the Super Bowl and took the hit, literally, for the sake of winning the game. But there may be lingering effects.

Plus, Kelce is 34 years old. No doubt as he gets older and less productive. coaches and fans will be less tolerant.

Kelce is really fortunate that Reid didn’t lose his balance. If Reid had fallen, we would be looking at things in whole different light.

Kelce’s post Super Bowl interview didn’t help

When it comes to singing, Kelce should leave that to Taylor Swift. His bellowing, “You’ve Got to Fight for Your Right to Party” and “Viva Las Vegas’ were low lights of the post-game festivities.

I honestly wonder what Taylor Swift thought when she saw that going on.
