Deciphering Hidden Clues in Body Language
A look beyond the obvious.
It seems like there is a lot of interest in deciphering body language. That may be, in part, because often times people go to great lengths to cover their real feelings. Things like lying.
So, to help you break the Da Vinci Code that is the human mind, I’ve provided some physical clues to look for. I read an article that talked about body language, but while they give you one theory about what accounts for body language, I’m giving you and alternatives. You decide which one makes sense.
1: If a person nods towards you excessively, it may indicate a lack of interest in what you are saying.
If that sounds depressing to you, consider an option. Maybe the person is modeling for their own bobblehead doll. Or maybe they are so bored they are about to nod off.
2: “Manspreading” can indicate a person is trying to make himself feel more secure in his surroundings.
The good news is, if a man is “spreadin out so far and wide,” he will get more room. After all, who wants to sit by that guy? Of course, there is another possibly. Maybe the guy has a stretcher case of jock itch.
