I’m not one to pay attention to British royalty. It seems like England really treats their people on the government dole better than we do. I read where Charles III inherited about $500 million from Queen Elizabeth. Of course, members of congress seem to amass huge amounts of money while engaged in “public service” also seem to amass huge amounts of money that is hard to account for. With that out of the way, here are some things you probably didn’t know about King Charles III.

1: Charles is the oldest member of the Royal Family to be named monarch of the United Kingdom.

If he was in the United States, he’d be almost old enough to run for President.

2: He was the first heir to the throne to have a college degree.

Previous heirs were home schooled. Education really isn’t a requirement to ascend to the throne.

3: Charles has some musical talent and is an artist as well.

His artwork is for sale. His work has been exhibited at exhibited at the Royal Academy and the Windsor Castle. Stop by the Castle’s gift shop and pick up your own…

You probably don't know my name, but have likely seen my work. I've written for numerous syndicated cartoon strips and my gags have appeared in national pubs.
