These games never really caught on.
My days of playing video games are pretty much over, but over the years I have taken note of them, good and bad. Things have come a long way since the days of Pong.
Against that backdrop, here are ten failed video games.
10: Resident Freeloader
The hero’s unemployed brother-in-law and his family move into his house. The object of the game is to get the intruders out of the home before they eat up all your assets.
9: Counter-Strike: Covid Edition
Keeping restaurants open during the pandemic has been a challenge. Partly because some workers seem hesitant to work for low wages while risking their lives and catching abuse. Finding counter-help is tough.
The object of this game is to lure unsuspecting workers into your establishment and hire them to keep your place open. Lying and the threat of deportation are among the tools you have to work with.
8: Call of Duty: Bathroom Edition
Players are given a laxative and forced to find a mall bathroom before disaster ensues.
