10 Facts About Jeff Daniels
He was surprisingly good in “Dumb and Dumber.”
When putting this article together, I did something I normally don’t do. I checked his movie credits before I started writing. I remembered him from his great performance in “Dumb and Dumber,” as well as his work in “Gettysburg.” I also thought that I had seen him in a bunch of other stuff. And it turns out I had.
Jeff comes across as a likeable, down-to-earth type of guy. It that’s actually the case, I don’t know. I also know he’s a very versatile, even appearing in the critically acclaimed western series, “Godless.”
I don’t know anything about Jeff’s personal life, so as I go through some information, it will be a journey of discovery for me. So, on to some facts about Jeff Daniels.
1: Jeff was raised in Chelsea, Michigan where his family owns the local lumber company.
If the lumber company is getting its wood from Canada, going into acting may seem like a good idea.
2: He was in a commercial for the “Michigan Economic Development Corporation" in 2010.
I believe one of the things Jess touted was Michigan’s lumber. Well, maybe not.
